1.Know the company well before appearing for its interview and pick points from your resume which make you suitable for a job in that company.Highlight those points.
2. You must be thorough with your resume.Must be able to explain each and every point in detail.
3.GPA does matter but once you are shortlisted, it's your job to justify your lower GPA (if applicable) and above all you must be able to prove that you have sound concepts.
