1. Online written test.(90 minutes duration)- no. of applicants- 9 from B.Tech and 2 from M.tech. Ranked 1st amongst all applicants on the basis of written test.
2. Interview- 6 students were shortlisted on the basis of there performance in written test.
3. Final result- 2 students got selected.

Technical Questions were basically based on the area of interest. They were, "what are contour lines and what are there uses? development length and anchorage length? Tests on fresh and hardened concrete? etc,etc......
Then finally it ended with, "are u willing to work anywhere in India? What are your plans for higher studies?"

The total duration of the interview was about 13 to 15 minutes...

The interview started with casual HR questions like, "Tell me something about yourself and your family. What kind of job will you prefer?"

CPI cut-off by company:- 7.0 on a scale of 10.0.
Pattern of written test:- Multiple Choice questions. (72questions in 90 minute duration)
No Group Discussion.

Well, one should have a very cool and confident approach for any interview one is appearing. but make one thing very sure that you are not confusing the interviewer while answering technical questions. straightaway say no to a question if u don't know the answer. just don't try to fool around especially when it comes to technical questions.

First of all a good performance in the written test, then CPI. The interviewer was quite impressed with the achievements as i was equally involved in studies as well as in sports and athletics. and of course without luck one cant even pluck a leaf off a tree, leave alone succeeding in the interview.
