Selection Process: Written test followed by PI.

Both technical and HR questions were asked and that from basics only,
few questions were like : 1.Define surface tension & its units. 2. Define latent heat of fusion and vaporization, which metal has more latent heat Al or Cu ? 3. What do u know about Pro-e wildfire 3.0 ? 4. Why do we use risers in castings ? 5. How do u measure surface roughness of any w/p ? 6. Oxy-acetylene gas cutting is used preferably for which metals ? some more from foundry technology.

HR: 1. Introduce yourself, 2. tell me about your family members what are they doing ? , 3. What do u think is your best achievement in B.Tech ? 4. What are the traits a team leader should have ? 5. How will u manage yourself in pune amidst the controversies in Maharashtra against People from Bihar, some more freaky questions.

Yeah ! I just wanna say that keep some sound knowledge of your fields of interest in your head, some good communication skill, and be confident before,at the time, and after the interview which is the most important tool to crack any kind of interview.
