this was a three stage process.
1)written test
2)presentation
3)interview

presentation was a just a minute round in which i was given a topic on recession.
and in personal interview they asked me to give brief introduction about yourself?
why u want to join this company?do you have any future goal?
where u want to see yourself after 5 yrs etc.

make ur academic as good as possible as it will make a big difference in future.
