First they conducted in Group discussion in group of 12 people. The shortlisted candidate from the GD given the
psychometric test which was very lengthy. Then interview, there was no elimination after psychometric test. After
that interview, we got four candidates shortlisted for final interview out of four three got selected in final interview
final interview held at warangal thorugh video conferencing.

There was nothing like a technical inetrview only they asks can you work on PLC's as your are from electrical
background that set.

4. Why you want to join LG.

If they give you a choice to come there place, its better to go there. The video conferencing is very bad ieda

confidence matters alot...also mine communication skill...
