there were three rounds in this.it was an online written test.
then group discussion then comes interview,

the GD topic given to me was "ipl should be banned or not".

only 60% in be aggregate.

personal interview were

2)how u think that this is the right company u want to start with?
3)ur hobbies?
4)strength &weakness?

basic knowledge of subject is important to get into this an good communication skill.

178 students sit for this exam bcz 4 branches were allowed.
38 finally got selected.
communication skill and confidence level of mine was the key to success.
