it is having 3 rounds written, GD & interview(tech + HR). For electrical short listing & selection process is on caste basis.
I have tried my best. It is very easy & cool process..

panel members r basically from mechanical background. They didnot ask me much from technical(electrical) but they
asked me about hydraulics, turbines, sequence in hydro elctric power plant construction. **what will be your contribution
in BEML? **in which area(construction, manufacturing, maintanence & marketing departments) u think u will suit.

before this oppurtunity did u got any job. if not, why?

Be thorough in technical, aptitude & GK areas. And belive in god.
