In my batch there are 8 members and they have given 5 minutes to each person- 1. Pick up a paper which consists a case, 2. Read and Understand it-1 min, 3. Explain it to remaining people-1 min, 4. Take the inputs from them and finally conclude the case-3 min....
The 8 cases are... 1. Whether to tell a consultancy right/wrong information about a hard-working and talented guy in your company with project deadline very close. 2. Spouse vs 6 months planned event. 3. Whether to allocate night shift to a girl. 4. Response to the situation- A sub-ordinate of your's is harassing a girl. 5. Summer trainee see a rat died at the manufacturing process of beverages... nobody there to complain. what would you do??. 6. Are women eligible to higher posts in operation. 7. REDUCE INCREASING MEDICAL EXPENSES OF YOUR COMPANY AS A HEALTH OFFICER. 8. Sales are more but Profit is less- What would you do??.

Aptitude consists of mainly Quantitative, analytical... Manage the time properly as they will take away the corresponding question paper after the specified time. Search for the easy questions first and answer them... I have got 60/100...

I liked the Case study round very much... After the technical interview I thought that they won't take me as the interviewer said that "we will take you according to the remaining persons performance".
