All India Written Exam and then qualified candidates have to face Interview.After written 100 candidates were called for interview and finally 35-40 were finally selected.In written my rank was 28th.....

I was mostly asked technical questions Such as
1) What u know about hydropower
2) diff. between Hydro Plant and Thermal plant
3) Short Circuit Ratio
4) A Lot of questions about CT and PT
These are few which I remembered....

More weightage was on written Rank.But Of Course Interview marks makes difference.In Written Test 60% technical,40% general studies & current affairs,Aptitude.There was no Group Discussion.Marks criteria was not too much of priority....

Only one thing....Just believe in urself and The Almighty...

Everything worked together in my favour....Like my Written Marks,overall a satisfactory Interview,My confidence,my Luck everything...But there was a specific decision which I took and it was very risky...I cant describe it in detail.....
