PPT followed by written test consisting of general aptitude and technical questions..
Questions were mostly from departmental subjects like RCC, Structural, & Construction Technology followed by HR.

GPA criteria

Students having more than 60% aggregate marks till the last semester.
No backlog was allowed.

Technical Interview

Questions were basically from Civil Construction, RCC , Structural Engineering..also questions were asked from my project..

HR Interview

HR fluency of english as well as personal perceptions were judged...

Suggestion

You need to be confident at the interview desk. Answer the questions leniently and try to be a good listener to the questions being asked first. Try to be true and try to give answers to the point. You should try to prepare at least one or two papers with confidence so that if asked about your choice of interest you could go for that. Take preparation for HR as it is a very heavy judging factor for the industries and do not highlight your weaknesses at the interview desk.

There was a PPT followed by written test consisting of general aptitude and technical questions after which the successful shortlisted candidates had to face an interview.
32 students of Civil Engineering Discipline appeared for this job and finally 10 were selected.
My scoring in the written test where I stood 1st. Secondly in the interview I was able to answer questions related to Branch Paper. I also managed to communicate somewhat well in general questions related to HR.
