The Written Test was completely Technical. There where 3 Section in Total.<br />
1st Section - Multiple Answer choice Questions (45-50 Q's).<br />
2nd Section - Fill in the Blanks (15 Q's).<br />
3rd Section - Short Answer Type Questions (5 Q's).

In the Written test they had mainly asked Questions on GSM/CDMA Technologies, Telematics, Computer Networks<br />
and Digital Communication.<br />
The group discussion process was much regulated. Everyone gets a chance to speak. The topics was simple. So<br />
just speak confidently and you'll get through.
It was both combined single Tech/HR Interview. It went for around 15-20 min. In the technical part they asked me<br />
to briefly explain about my Industrial Training (GSM Networks) and then I was asked some basic questions from<br />
Digital communication like Sampling Rate, Nyquist Criteria, Bit rate, Digital modulation techniques and few more<br />
questions on my Industrial Training like GSM architecture, Antenna Downtilting, Interleaving, etc.
In the HR part they asked all standard HR type questions. Tell me about yourself and your family. What are your<br />
Hobbies and interests. The Training is in China. So, make sure that you convince the panel member that you don't<br />
have any problem relocating to China and also regarding the service agreement which is for 2 yrs.
As the Company is a telecom based company they were only interested in Industrial Trainings and Projects in<br />
telecom field. Even your CGPA doesn't matter. So, if u have a good grip on communication subjects and<br />
project/training especially on GSM then it will be an added advantage and it will be quite easy to get a job in ZTE.<br />
