Pattern of Written Test

written test mainly aptitude and reasoning questions were asked and was on an average a nice paper.....35 questions ....i think 20-22 right answers were enough for qualifying.....it was followed by a personal interview(HR-technical).

GPA criteria

criteria they had put up was 1 yr. gap and 60% through out....
and as far as i know this company is quite stringent when it comes to eligibility criteria....

Technical Interview

questions related to training i had undergone....
some technical questions...easy one...
and after reaching the end of my interview i was confident that they were going to take me.

HR Interview

family background ......was what they inquired.....mainly....

Suggestion

confidence is always a factor......the way u enter the way u greet them the way you seat and your facial expressions your attitude your body language....everything matters......
so i will say behave normally ..dont get carried away...
even HR knows that a student cant answer every question but the way u handle the situation matters...and thats the difference between your selection or rejection...

from our college around 70 students were eligible .....and 30 got selected...and i dont know whether ranks were given to the candidates or not...

yeah gpa was a factor....they looked for....and they emphasize on freshers a lot
and i was a fresher.........
