Questions basically from Data Structures, Algorithms, Database Systems and C++ were asked

Questions like
1) Where do you see yourself after 5 years?
2) Tell me about yourself
3) Have you ever led a team?

were asked.

Don't give incorrect answers. Don't make wild guesses. Be confident and complete your answer with a smile.

20 students were shortlisted after the written test. Only 7 students could crack the technical interview. Out of 7 only 6 could finally got selected after the HR round. One was rejected.

The points that worked in my favour

1) Being a C++ gold medalist at stackoverflow.com really helped
2) CGPA of 9.25 helped a bit.
3) Strong communication and technical skills played a crucial role.
4) Winning a few programming contests inter-college and intra-college also helped.
