Details of types of questions asked in each of the sections:
In Quantitative Section, general questions were asked which were easy to answer. Analytical Questions were also quite general. Verbal Ability Section comprised of Passage, Use of Articles (a/an/the) & other parts of Speech.
Technical portion covered the Code Provisions (IS:456, 800, 1893) & subjects viz. CEM, BPC, Highway Engineering.
As the aptitude was conducted by an outside agency (Merit-Tracker), questions were mostly general and not related to a particular area.

Details of the process and your contribution:
In the case study, I was supposed to play the manager of a retail store whose employees were being poached by a rival store. I was asked to discuss the situation with my colleagues and suggest measures to check it.
The Technical Interview was of 30 minutes duration. Questions were asked regarding the compaction, compaction effort (clay v/s sand), Dam (& it's types),Parameters to be considered in the design of a dam, Tunneling (& the difficulties involved in the process), Flood Frequency Analysis (Probable Max. Flood), etc.
If possible, try to be brief & specific. Listen to them carefully when the correct some of your mistakes or ask somthing more specific.
Also, simply nodding the head during the conversation is not advised.
Get a grasp on the basics of the subjects like DCS, DSS, ToS, Soil Mech., Turbo-machines (from FM-II), SM, and basics of concrete technology. The confidence in your approach will serve the remaining purpose.
