Details of types of questions asked in each of the sections:
The written test was a bit difficult.Questions asked in the quantitative paper were mainly general aptitude type
questions.The technical questions were mainly from Design,Industrial Management etc..

My Technical Interview went on for around 45 minutes.They asked questions like
- Draw the bending moment diagram of a simply supported beam
- Material which is best for compressive loading.
- Some questions from metrology.etc
I was also asked questions on the project i did.

HR interview was for 30 mins.General questions were asked such as
- Why John Deere
- Strengths and Weaknesses
- Family Backgrond. etc etc

Clearing the Aptitude test is the difficult part. After that for the technical interview you need to be strong in one or
two areas. They will ask you about your fav subjects and ask questions mainly from that.
Dont try to fake...answer confidently...Best of luck :)

As this was my first interview i cant compare with any other, but i felt the interview panel was very friendly and the
whole experience was good.
