Quantitative : 25 Minutes
Reasoning / Analytical : 25 Minutes
Verbal English : 20 Minutes
Technical : 20 Minutes

Details of types of questions asked in each of the sections:
quant and english were easy. You can opt for either 'basic C' or 'C++ and networking' for the technical paper. its better to take 'basic C'.In that they asked C language Qs and Data Structures. On the whole it was okay. Just brush up the above topics before writing the test.

Only one technical interview. Surprisingly he asked me questions in microwave (our 4-1 subject).My friends in ECE were all asked programming Qs. In microwave he just asked basic Qs.

There were two HR interviews. I think HR interview is the key to this company. Keep on speaking fluently and make sense while speaking. Always give the impression that salary is not your main interest and find some reason to substantiate it. Usual Qs like tell me about yourself, Why Sony? were asked. He asked why my position in class is low. Give some reason you can think of. He then asked me to prove my talent. Fortunately i had a good AIEEE rank and i brought that to his notice.

While facing interviews expirience matters a lot. Consider each interview you dont clear as a lesson to be learnt. After 3-4 interviews the answers automatically flow out from your mouth. A bit of preparation is required for HR interview.And atlast you will strike gold. All the best!!
