there were no shortlistin process...minimum OGPA should be 7.0

In ONGC both interviews are technical . in 1st interview...
and 1st ques was ..what is ur interest (in which field u wanna go)?
then they start askin sm basic ques of drilling abt driling mud nd abt drill string ,packers nd a basic prob based on pressure and after drilling they start askin ques related to prodution engg...abt chokes ,artificial lift nd seprators
and in 2nd interview ...1st ques was what is ur interest...
nd start askin ques ab dilling rigs nd all den smthin related to reservoir..

Be confident nd be honest...nd dont lie wid the interviewrs...if u dont knoe nythin den simply say sir i donno...

only 2 interviews....38 applied for these 2 interviews...nd they have selected 28 students for three different departments...(reservoir , production and drilling)

good knowledge ,confidence which is necessary......
bt LUCK is the main factor ..wo din tumhara hai to tumhe koi nahi rok sakta...this is my past xperience which i gained from my last 2 failure
