1. What positive contribution would you like to make if chosen.
2. What makes you well suited for the job.
3. Why the software field.

Be confident. Be very candid and talk to them like talking to a friend whom you respect a lot. Keep talking and you can walk yourself into the job.

I was just speaking freely in front of them being honest and stressing my strong points and explaining my weaknesses. I talked a lot about my extra curricular activities more than anything else.
